Made of a ¾-inch tongue and groove plywood with a dry ply sealant, nailed down with 3” 16d galvanized nails (not stapled).
Concrete Slab
4-inch thick, monolithic, termite-treated, concrete slab with footers
Wood Floor System
The wood floor system we utilize for our storage sheds is blocked up, leveled, and tied down with 4’ helical mobile home anchors. These anchors, rated for Class 2 soil, are placed every eight feet around the perimeter of your building.
The foundation for our wood floor framing system consists of a 4×6 skids, which make your building portable. The skids rest on an 18”x18” Lexan mobile home pad and cement blocking for leveling. These leveling pads increase the load capabilities of your floor and make them resistant to settling.

We also include one light and one electrical outlet. (It is the customer’s responsibility to connect all electrical components.)
